To file a complaint against a Police Officer or employee you may contact the Police Shift Supervisor at 918-366-8294 and they can help you with the complaint process. You may also a download Citizens Complaint Form and turn it in at the Bixby Police Department or mail it to Internal Affairs at 116 W. Needles St, Bixby OK, 74008. The form will be required to be notarized prior to an investigation being conducted.
What times is Bixhoma Lake open?
Bixhoma Lake is open for operation from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. excluding certain special events, holidays and weather conditions. If the gate at the entrance is closed, then going beyond this point in any manner makes the violator subject to criminal prosecution.

A boating or fishing license cost is $5/daily or $15/annually. Licenses can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 4:30. You can also pay online at GovMotus anytime. Permits paid for on the weekend will not be approved until the next business day for the city. The Police Department can no longer issue these permits.

You can purchase a fishing license at the payment counter of City Hall from 8a-4:30p, M-F. During after-hours and weekends, you can purchase a fishing license at the Police Department’s Dispatch Window and both are located within City Hall at 116 W. Needles Avenue.

A fishing license cost $2/daily or $10/annually. There is no charge for ages 65+ and for children age 11 yrs. old and under. However, it is necessary for all ages to obtain a license.
